Fees For Online Application :-

  1. Rs. 500/- For Degree Certificate
  2. Rs. 300/- For Diploma Certificate  

Before apply online, Read all instructions Carefully.


Degree Instructions :-

  1. All the students must have to fill the online Application form to get the Degree / Diploma Certificate and submit it to the University office as per the following schedule.
  2. If you want to receive Certificate at home, please select Absentia and if you want to receive certificate in Convocation Event then select Person in the Convocation Application Form.
  3. If you select Absentia than the Degree Certificate will be posted to your postal address, if you select Person and due to any problem you will not able to attend the convocation then the Degree Certificate will be posted to your mentioned address in the application for 15 days after the convocation date.
  4. Application End Date: : 10 dec 2016
  5. An applicant has to pay the fees of Rs.500/- for Degree Certificate and Rs.1000/- for Ph.D. certificates in any SBI branch and Rs. 200/- additional if you want to be a member of GTU’s Alumni Association. Please fill the separate Challan for both (Convocation Degree Certificate and GTU’s Alumni Association (if you want to be a member of GTU’s Alumni Association)) fees.

Diploma Instructions :-
  1. All the students must have to fill the online Application form to get the Degree / Diploma Certificate and submit it to the University office as per the following schedule. .
  2. Your Diploma Passing Certificate will send to your mentioned Address in the Application after one month from the date of receiving the application at GTU.
  3. Application End Date : 10 dec 2016
  4. An applicant has to pay the fees of Rs. 300/- for Diploma Certificate in any SBI branch and Rs. 200/- additional if you want to be a member of GTU’s Alumni Association. Please fill the separate Challan for both (Convocation Diploma Certificate and GTU’s Alumni Association (if you want to be a member of GTU’s Alumni Association)) fees. 

How To Apply For  Degree/Diploma Certificate :-
  1. Click on “Apply for Convocation” button at the end of Instructions.
  2. Enter Enrollment Number and hit Search Button.
  3. Check your all details which are already given in the Application Form.
  4. Fill all remaining information in the Application Form and click on “Update & Generate Form” button.
  5. Check your Photo and Barcode then Print the Generated Form.
  6. After taking out print sign the form
  7. If you send incomplete Application Form to GTU then it will be rejected.
